Silver objects from Art Deco & Art Nouveau – elegant collector's items
English sterling silver tray by W.G. Keight, Birmingham 1904.
Rectangular tray, bulbous at the sides, with a flared rim. The center features an oval medallion with five winged putto heads surrounded by leaf and floral tendrils.
The tray is made of 925/000 sterling silver, 307 g. It is hallmarked "WGK" together with the Birmingham hallmark. The maker's mark followed by the letter "e" dates the tray to 1904.
