Tango Glass Vases Pair Bohemia – 1920s Glass Design
This decorative pair of vases in the Art Deco style is an authentic example of early 20th-century Bohemian glass art. The vases were crafted around 1920. At that time, Bohemia was a significant center of European glassmaking.
Glass technique:
The vases are made of so-called Tango glass, a colorless overlay glass with vibrant color accents in orange, yellow, black, and violet. Typical of the Tango glass technique are the high-contrast color gradients created by fusing colored glass threads.
