About the manufacturer:
Lorenz Hutschenreuther AG in the 1970s
After the Second World War, Hutschenreuther increasingly evolved from a classic table porcelain manufacturer to a provider of high-quality decorative and gift items.
In the 1970s in particular, a clear trend emerged toward vibrantly colored decorations, graphic patterns, and gilded reliefs, often in Asian-inspired or stylized floral styles. During this period, numerous vases and collectibles were produced for the international market.
In 1972, Lorenz Hutschenreuther AG finally became part of Rosenthal AG, with the Hutschenreuther brand continuing as an independent label with the traditional name.
