Silverware in the Swedish Art Nouveau style

Axel Gabriel Dufva (1822–1897) came from a family of goldsmiths and founded his own company in Stockholm in 1847 to produce silver-plated metal goods.

The company produced until 1936. It was one of the first manufacturer in Sweden to supply the Scandinavian market with high-quality functional and decorative objects in the style of Svensk Jugend, the Scandinavian variant of European Art Nouveau.
