Paul Permeke (20 October 1918, Sidford, UK - 11 May 1990 Bruges)
The Belgian painter Paul Permeke came from a family of artists. His father was the famous painter Constant Permeke. He himself was self-employed. His style was post-impressionist. Many of his paintings show the landscape of Flanders.
